Any coach likes to hear an excited player say: “Put me in coach.” You’re part of the team in God’s Kingdom and at Central. He has a special place for you to connect with and serve where you can make an eternal impact in the lives of others. Ephesians 4:16 states that under God’s direction the whole body (church) is fitted together perfectly. When each part does its own special work, it helps the other parts grow, so that the whole body is healthy and growing and full of love. God has given each of us different gifts and a heart for different ministry areas.

All café team members can choose to work one Sunday per month, every other Sunday, or every Sunday! The café is open from 8:15-10:50am, and team members can attend first service or take a break during that time.

Leading a LifeGroup is a fulfilling and fun way to build community and encourage others in your faith journeys. Choose a meeting day, time, and location that works for you! Start off by leading for one series and see how you like it. Cori will be happy to help you get started!
We regularly respond to needs here at the church and in the community. Let us know what your comfort level is, and we can inform you of opportunities when they arise.
- Tier One: Volunteer at the church. Examples: Fourth Sunday Food Donations, Thanksgiving Distribution, packaging Christmas cookies
- Tier Two: Volunteer in the community with little personal interaction. Examples: Sort donations at His Helping Hands, participating in community events, preparing meals at Wichita Children’s Home Street Outreach Service.
- Tier three: Volunteer in the community interacting with those in need in a longer-term relationship. Examples: Mentoring at Hope Is Alive, Youth Horizons, or Hope Ranch
